CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of an emergency or random cancellation you must contact Salon T within 24 hours of your service. If not you will be charged 50% of the service booked. This fee also includes no call/no shows. Thank you for understanding.
REFUND POLICY
All services at Salon T are NON refundable. If there is something that you are unhappy or dissatisfied with you must contact Taylor within 48 hours of the service. Within the next 10 days of the original service date I will be happy to provide a corrective service with no extra charge BUT it has to be within that 10 day mark. Anything after that timeline will be considered a "new service" with payment. Thank you for understanding.
EXTENSION POLICY
At your first extension consultation at Salon T, we will present a waiver that details our policies. Please be aware that all hair purchases are NONrefundable. Once you place your order, both the hair and installation services are NONrefundable, and full payment of the hair itself is required in advance. We stress the significance of proper maintenance; any damage caused by the use of non-professional products, overdue maintenance appointments or at-home coloring is not our responsibility. Additionally, we strongly recommend against removing the extensions on your own, as Salon T cannot be held liable for any damage to your hair. Thank you for your understanding.
