SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of an emergency or random cancellation you must contact Salon T within 24 hours of your service. If not you will be charged 50% of the service booked. This fee also includes no call/no shows. Thank you for understanding. 

REFUND POLICY

All services at Salon T are nonrefundable. If there is something that you are unhappy or dissatisfied with you must contact Taylor within 48 hours of the service. Within the next 10 days of the original service date we will be happy to provide a corrective service with no extra charge however it has to be within that 10 day mark. Anything after that timeline will be considered a "new service" with payment. Thank you for understanding. 

EXTENSION POLICY

All new extension clients must book a consultation at Salon T prior to installment appointment. Please be aware that installment services are nonrefundable. Extension hair will be purchased though your stylist at Salon T and your installment service will be booked after full payment of extension hair. We stress the significance of proper maintenance; any damage caused by the use of non-professional products, overdue maintenance appointments or at-home coloring is not our responsibility. Additionally, we strongly recommend against removing the extensions on your own, as Salon T cannot be held liable for any damage to your hair. Thank you for your understanding.
